#28 - Interesting idea - I like the graphic, but am not sold on the flower design - it's a little bit too feminine. I like the text, although I'd like to see photography slightly larger - maybe the same - width wise - as "leo druker." Also, the font used for the name looks good, but it doesn't really work as well with the word "photography." - can we try a similar font, maybe a bit more .. don't want to say elegant, but something in the style of Helvetica Neue.
Nice change with the symbol, although I'd prefer not to have any gradient effects or shadow effects within the logo for simplicity. Also, if possible, can we try having the "photography" and "leodruker" be the same width? - also maybe have the text to the side of the graphic? Also, any ideas on encasing the graphic element within a solid color square / rectangle?
Good ideas, but It's still not in the style I'm going for. I don't like the white box/red border - . I don't really like the red border - I was thinking something more of a solid color - prefer orange to red. Also, maybe a design encompassing both the letter "L" and "D?"
#51 is very interesting. I love the "d" within the square - it's crisp and very vivid - very nice. Only thing I don't like is the font - it just doesn't seem to fit with the overall theme. I'd be very interested to see more concepts using the graphic, but with a different font treatment.
Sorry - should have been more specific - I don't mind the font of the "d" within the square - I was referring to the font underneath - I was looking for something a bit more elegant - something akin to 'asimsoofi.com', 'gabeaceves.com', 'jonaspeterson.com' - clean, simple, that direction.
Awesome - love the new font choice - maybe small caps instead? I'd prefer those to either upper or lower case. Also, can we make the photography a bit more prominent - maybe a bit taller and have it be generally the same width as 'leo druker?'
I like #132 much better with the new 'photography' treatment. If possible, I'd like to see the same, but with the "dl" symbol in white instead of black and with the "leo druker" utilizing the same font, but with small capitals instead of lowercase.
Out of curiosity, is that just a "d" or a combination of "d" and "l" - and if it's just a d - do you have any ideas for keeping the style the same, but tweaking it so it looks more like an "l" and a "d" together?
#141 is interesting. Can you try making the weight of the letters much greater - bold - heavy - I'm thinking white instead of black - that way, you could sort of break up the square shape and yet retain the shape of the letters.
I am still unsure about the font choice between #132 but #141, they both look good, but I don't like the space with the letter "R" between the first vertical line and the downward part of the right side of the letter - if that makes sense. Is there a very similar font you can use?
That's closer to what I'm looking for, but not quite there. I'm thinking something 4 times as bold - not sure if that particular font you've chosen works, but something similar. I think it might even work if the initials were slightly larger than the square - also can you try something similar (much thicker font ) with #132?
Thank you for your quick responses. I appreciate it.
#144 is getting much closer to the weight of the font, but I'm not sure about the blocky letters. Maybe something similar like the "d" in #132, but with this thickness? I think the "d" being bigger than the square and sticking out a bit might not be a bad way to go.
I'm not a fan of the lion design in #267 and #268 - it resembles the lion for a store we have here in the States. I'm looking for something with more of a personality - head/face view.
