Phoenix Knife HouseLogo Design Contest

We are a chef supply store specializing in kitchen knives, sharpening by stone and machine, and chef uniforms.

My store colors (and current logo) are red, white and black. I would like to use the logo as a stamp also so it should look good in black and white as well.

This is a logo re-design and I would like to keep my original elements of the logo. My favorite style is a stamp style logo which would look good as an actual stamp or brand. I would like it to maybe have an industrial look to it but not in a fake old fashion way.
We sell primarily Japanese knives but do not want to be labeled as a Japanese store.
