What We Do
We are an intermediate style fitness studio. Not a big box gym like LA fitness or a small personal training gym. We train anywhere from 10 to 30 members at one time in cardio, strength, and overall wellness. The mission of our facility is to help individuals in our community live longer, happier, healthier, and more energetic lives.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I’m competing against orange theory, Fit body boot camp, burn Boot Camp, LA fitness, snap fitness, and anytime fitness. I would think I would want to stay in the same category or similar style as those to be competitive. I just don’t wanna go too far outside of the box and be lost
