I realize all of my submissions thus far are a "lighthouse"; however, the design is based off of the structure (or representation of) the Lighthouse of Alexandria. I also figured that using the lighthouse as a letter (example #6) would be a subtle tie-in to the isle of Pharos.
#3 - #15 Just to clarify we are pleased with the “brand recognition” we have created with our current nautical symbol for the lighthouse and PHAROS text (if you haven’t already take a look at the links and website). We need to find a way to make that logo incorporate a forensic/security element. Something that makes our clients think law enforcement, military, rapid response, specialty team, etc. As a side note we spent a lot of time on our parent company logo/name and had many versions of lighthouses but your submission is different from any of those concepts and we applaud you for that. Great idea of using the lighthouse of Alexandria as the focal point in the “A”. We look forward to future submissions, just remember the forensic/security element is what we are looking to incorporate.
