We are an Allstate Insurance Agency, however we would like to build a brand of Pfarr Insurance Agency. Someday I might decide to become a broker and I’d like to bring my brand with me. We don’t want it to say or refer Allstate at all, more focus on Pfarr Insurance Agency.
We are located on the water at Point Ruston (Ruston, Washington) basically Tacoma, WA.

I think just the words “Pfarr Insurance” would be a good start with a subtle logo.
We can see mount Rainer on a clear day and we Are located at 4961 Main St Tacoma, WA, on the waterfront.
