We are a Real Estate Brokerage that is dedicated towards being a symbol of industry-leading real estate service by streamlining the entire buying and selling process from beginning to end through leveraging the latest technology while providing clients with the knowledge, experience and negotiation skills developed through Peter Kwan's 24 years of excellence.

The Guan Yu needs to be SUBTLE. Many Chinese people praise Guan Yu, some even pray to him as a God. However, Chinese gangsters/mafia are known to do the same. The image must be portrayed very carefully to convey reliability, purity, elegance, intellect, loyalty, light, luxury etc. Proceed with caution as we are in the Real Estate Industry. If it does not work well, do not include and focus on conveying real estate and the pilot aspect.

Peter Kwan is a licensed pilot. The logo is best if it can signify that. His Motto, "Sell with Peter Fast and Top $$$"

The Chinese letter "Kwan" actually means "to close" which plays well with "closing a deal" it would be interesting to see if this aspect can be included in the logo somehow.

Please do not simply try to digitize the "Final Draft 2.jpg" file. That is only for reference purposes only. It is extremely rough. The Guan Yu Silhouette was taken from the internet so the final design must be made from scratch. We would like to see creativity. Something outside the box. You have FULL CREATIVE CONTROL.

My vision is to have a Logo that clients and employees can stand behind and are proud to say they are a part of the company. Please take your time to design something that has the potential to move a global market.
