I wanted to express the ideas of strength & security, key factors that play into the happiness of both employee and employer (especially in this job market). I used the letters "P," "B," and "S" as a source to create a weave-like pattern, a pattern known to build a stronger collective unit, out of weaker individual parts. The font is in upper and lower case to express accessibility and a more personable approach.
