For #14, the colors look great already. I'm just thinking whether we need the cat and dog or not because our store also carry products for birds, rabbits and other small pets. Maybe we can just use small pictorial like what you did to demonstrate just "paradise".
I understand what you're meaning. I'll try some variants without any animals to see how it looks. Do you like the use of a palm tree or it's too exotic?
I think the palm tree might be abit exotic because a paradise for humans is probably a beach, crystal clear water and a nice refreshing coconut juice. For pets, however, could be a large wide-open green field for dogs to run or comfortable and soft bed with a furball for cats to play or forest for birds to fly around. Our business and what we believe is that when pets are happy and healthy, they will make their owners very happy too. At Pet Paradise, we represent happiness that will deliver to pets and pet-owners. Also shopping with us will be easy and lots of fun because of many products and interesting facts to help taking care of pets. We want children to return home from school and be able to browse for food and toys for their pets. Therefore I'm looking for a logo to communicate these concepts and whenever a customer see our logo, they feel happy and fun while the logo of company looks professional and clean that gives sense of quality.
Thank you very much for telling me all these things about your business. The way you're talking about it shows great commitment and sensitivity about your profession.
The difficult task from my side will be to find the right minimal image to represent this pet paradise, because a logo must be clean cut and direct. I'll think about it and submit some new ideas tomorrow.
Kindly check my new #32, #34 logo proposals. I think that the image gives a sense of serenity and happiness and at the same time portrays the kind of your business.
Thanks for the new proposals. I think it is too much detail. I think putting objects that symbolizes happiness would be better. I'm not an artist but how about putting a bright sun somewhere after "paradise" or behind letter "se" of paradise. When people talk about a good day, mostly they refer to a sunny day and paradise for pets might fit. Or you can add a stroke of green below the text to represent large green field or nature. Pets and nature usually goes well together.
#36 is nice. Maybe if the trees are removed and the sun have less lines of radiant could help simplify the logo. The green lines are nice. Just wondering how it would look like if the green lines are used below the text. Just like overlooking the green hill and between the bright sun, there is "Pet Paradise"
Just some thoughts. How would the logo look if you take #44 and remove the sun. Then put the dog and cat from #14 to sit beside the letter "e" in "paradise". I'm thinking that the logo should have an icon for customer to recognize and I can just use the icon on boxes and somewhere else. Just like the smile of Amazon. It does not have to be the dog and cat but some sort of icon.
Or you can put the icon between the word pet and paradise. Just some thoughts for you to consider. Also, have you explored other fonts that are more "playful" or "fun"
I think that maybe it will better if I place the pets between the words, otherwise we'll have too many icons around the text. I'll try some variants and see which one looks the best.
Regarding the font I'll try other styles as well. I believe that because the design is playful we need a bold font to stand out.
Could you also try using the dark orange ("our promise") and blue from the picture of my website that I attached to the design brief? I want to have a consistent color between logo and website. Thank you very much for the great work.
Please check my new concept #107, #108, #109. The tails of dog and cat are combined to create the letter P, since the initials of your brand are PP. This icon can be used separated from the text on your website, products, tags etc.
