Here is my concept, with the less is more idea... A lot ideas you have already are a bit busy for my liking, if you try to say too much in a logo it all gets lost, its the companies conduct that creates the story behind the logo. This abstract globe icon is made up of music notes (which are also p's) enveloping/permeating the globe and creating movement. Hope you like it, the colours can be changed easily and the font I've used is modern but not too trendy as not alienate anyone over 25. I also think this would make a cool record label logo.
