Perfect Tenant is a master leasing company. Our service will be focused on helping property owners to fill their vacant vacation homes by teaming up with them and agreeing to lease, maintain, and improve their property. We will then (with the owner's permission) generate revenue by listing the property on popular vacation rental sites. This model alleviates the stress of finding a trustworthy tenant for a landlord.

We're looking for a super clean/classy design with a splash of color. As far as color, want to make sure it looks great on both White background and a colored background. No go for Red, Purple, and Yellow.. Open to ideas on the rest.

Since the outcome goal is to fill a vacant lease, we can do a symbol with the shape of a home? Maybe a super simple squared off "frame" of a home with the words "perfect tenant" placed aesthetically inside it? Aside from the home symbol maybe using a Key or finding a clever way to fit the P and the T together? We'll be interfacing with middle aged property owners, most of them wealthy, so we want to instill trust and security with our brand presence.
