Like it—maybe put “Landing” underneath and off center to right of “Pelican” to make the entire logo not as wide and able to fit above a pocket on a shirt a little better? I like the pole thing (stump)

If you change the color of "landing" to a darker blue so it looks more like water and put in directly under "pelican" and run the marsh grass that’s in the "L" and the "I" across the whole thing it will look like a marsh grass edge.

Thanks for the ranking and feedback. I was actually working on that layout before I got your comment. Let me know if #6 works better and I could tweak the colors. I also wanted to show you a pictoral version in #5 even though in the brief it seems you are only interested in a wordmark.

Thanks!

On your submission no 4 (which i have ranked no 1)How about reducing the font on Landing slightly and then adding more marsh grass under Pelican. I also like the contrast circle behind the pelican (is that a sunset?)-- maybe you could play with that on no 4

I like the fish in the pelican's mouth in the offset color

thanks for the feedback. in #20 I reduced the font of the word Landing and I added more grass in the letters. I hope that's what you meant. My intention in #19 was not really a sunset but the ability to be able to use that icon by itself.

I think a sunset will be hard to do without a gradient and adding a third color but I know for printing on t-shirts you probably don't want to do that. I still wanted to show it to you in #21.

Thanks!

I think I got what you mean now. In #9, yes a sunset but I thought you were talking about #19. I tried it in #4 but it looked to busy. Let me keep playing and see.

Thanks!

Please see #22. Let me know if those changes aren't what you wanted.

Well-- I think your initial read w the grass was correct -in the width context. How about instead of going wider like I suggested, we go a little taller up the piling with the grass? Can u try that in submission nos 4 and 22 ? The font on no 20, though not as thick, looks taller.

Thanks for the feedback, I submitted a few variations...

#35 - heightened the grass
#36 - heightened the grass and reduced the font of the word "Landing"
#37 - reduced the height of the piling

The top 4 logos are great ( entries nos. 38,49,66, and 62). Will use on fishing shirts, coffee mugs, and hats. The two shirt colors will be white and aqua green. Hats would be white or kaki. Mugs white. Would any of you make color adjustments to the logos based on the shirt colors above?
