I really like where you are going with both these logos. I'm not much of a creative guy, so it's challenging for me to explain, but can you possibly expand using different structures / styles...? I like it, I'm impressed. Thank you

The more I look at it, I really like #21. I like the logo on the left, and the name to the right. I like emphasizing both P2P, and the entire name of the company, Peer-to-Peer Trust Deeds.

If you can play around with different logo designs (I like the house concept, we're primarily a residential, but also commercial broker) that would be great. and on the right hand side, the name of the company.

Thanks again, I really appreciate it.

Thanks for the feedback, glad you like them. The houses are linked together to show a transition and transfer, and I kept it simple because so many times all you will get are house shapes and rooflines. I want a logo that will grow with you but still show the house aspect. I will try some different typefaces and arrangements of this concept. Which typeface do you like best? Something like #21 or #20? Thanks for the direction!

Hello. I like #21 best. I like the logo, and the name of the company to the right. It takes up less space on an e-mail signature, and looks clean. I like the way your eye see's a logo and the company name. It very clear to the audience.

Can you play around with slightly emphasizing the number 2 (in-between P2P)? And possibly different houses or shapes?

Thanks man, I'll be back in the front of the computer in a few hours.

Thank you!

Yep, I'll be able to work on that a little more later this afternoon, thanks a lot for the direction.

you're welcome, thank you!

#92 and #93 a couple of options with colors swapped to emphasize different things. I'll have more later, too.

It's crazy how much of a difference a change in color makes.

I'll be in the car for the next few hours. I'll plug back into the cpu tonight.

Thank you, I appreciate it.

See #140 where I integrated the rusty red of the Golden Gate Bridge into the color scheme, and turned the blue more of a bay water color. I think it is a clean and sophisticated way to give the idea without being obvious and looking like what are probably many other logos in the area.

Client
yeah I like #140 a lot. I like the way your eye follows the logo and company name.

I like what you did with #142 as well. I don't think your eye follows it as well, but it's a good concept.

Thank you!

Glad you like, they're really the same concept but just wanted to show you a couple of ways type can be treated. Thanks for feedback!

Is there a way to take out the house figures, and replace with a bridge type design. I like #140 and #142, but want to see what you can come up with.

A bridge and peer-to-peer go well together I think.

Thank you much!

Logo Designer
I'll see what I can do, but I kind of think these house shapes resemble bridges (by design, I made them have the suggestion of both). I'll play with it.

I get it, and really like it. But the feedback I am getting is that it's busy. On one side is the investor, and the other side is the borrower.

Thanks for your willingness to play around with it. I like your creativeness.

Thanks you!

Right, I think I can simpify it, too. I've done a few logos in the SF/Oakland area and they ALL want eithe the Bay or the GG Bridge, I want to so somethign different for you. Thanks for feedback, it helps.

I also like the fading color in the company name in entry #118.

Just saw #144, I like it. I also like the color scheme of #118. I think the blue and gold-ish really pops.

The P2P division of the company is supposed to be warm and inviting for highly qualified borrowers & investors.

When they see logo I want the audience to be intrigued to learn more.

Thanks again!

#146 - I like it a lot.

But on the color fading on the company name, I like the darker on top, to lighter, on the Peer-to-Peer

Then lighter on top, to a darker base on the Trust Deeds.

We can fine tune later, but I like where you are going.

If you have any other ideas please keep them coming, I really like your work, thank you!

#148 lighter tones meet in middle -- am I following what you want?

Client
yes, I like it.

I think we need to play with the colors, and smooth it out.

I really like how #118 used the fading of colors, and the color choice.

It seems the fading in this format works best when using two colors. I kind of like Peer-to-Peer in one color (choice of blue's), and Trust Deeds in another color (gold or orange).

Thanks man

No problem, I just thought one color print looks less busy.

Client
yeah I know what you're saying. I do really like the simplicity of #144.

Looking at #148 - maybe the Peer to Peer in dark fading to lighter blue as is.

Then Trust Deeds in a yellowish to orange / gold base

#148 maybe take the same fade of color used in the house on the right, and apply that to Trust Deeds?

Hello,

My partner and I decided to go with your deign logo, thank you for the hard work.

We're unsure of the color scheme, but like the simplicity of the look in color, or black and white for that matter.

Can you please play around with colors in your free time and send whatever you feel looks good?

Please let me know if you need anything else from me?

Thank you,

Brett

Glad you're feeling better, and it's no problem if you aren't sure of the colors yet. I can upload the one you have ranked first when you end the contest, but also can e-mail you some other color versions afterward. I think you could definitely use one of the blue-gray versions, and maybe something in just blacks and grays.

See #191 #192 and #193 for a few more options I think work well and that might be useful to you. If you want these in addition to the one now ranked first, I can provide them for you.

yes please. ...and maybe the "t" in Peer-to-Peer to be lowercase.

Thank you

With this font there is no lower case T, but I can give you a version like #142

Client
okay, that looks good too. Please use the R (with a circle on all names), thanks

Your eye tracks differently as well.

Thanks again

After you chose the main logo and end the contest, I can upload those for you and then send the rest via e-mail.

Hi, so I just found out I have have to use the TM mark until I'm fully registered and then can use the R.

I was also thinking about playing around with the font size of the P2P.

The P2P in the house structure looks a little crowded.

You're the expert, but anything you can do to fine tune it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you sir!

See #194 I adjusted the spacing.

Client
Hello, can you make the font of the 2 smaller?

Client
The P2P crowds the structure. I like the arch, but it emphasizes the 2. Can you make the font on the 2 smaller so it looks less crowded and flows better?

Thank you

See how #195 looks to you.

#195 - yes, personally I like that look much better. I think it looks cleaner. Thank you

I think that logo, with a TM, and in all different types of colors and we're done.

Thank you

#196 has the TM instead of the R. I can only upload one set of color varations on LT, but can send you other colors by e-mail after file approval. Just let me know which combos you like!

Hi, I like the logo and font of #196. I don't love the colors, but we can play around with those later.

When you send a final e-mail to beverett@fcfgrp.com, can you add lots of different colors with the TM? I like the blues, maybe some greens. I like the color in #192 a lot too.

What's my next step?

Thank you,

Brett

I can send you a number of variations after the contest or we can play with them later. The best next step is to choose the one you like best and finalize the contest, then we can tweak by e-mail later.
