Can you take out the blue behind the state and add a blue line inner circle as shown by my crocked red line. Outline the state in a blue line. Shade in the Pee Dee area blue and make the water drop white, as in your submission #42.

Could you do something with the Pee Dee area of the state to make it stand out more. One of your other designs had this section of the state a different color and a water droplet on it. Or can you make it extend out from the state. Not sure how to say what I'm thinking on that but have it rise up from the state. Thanks
