Peckerhead Brewing Co.Logo Design Contest

we already have a 'cartoonish' logo looks like Woody Woodpecker, OK for certain applications....
but we want something more simple and corporate. Clean lines...must look like a woodpecker though.
Also consider a logo for 'Peckerhead Blonde Ale' and 'Peckerhead Pale Ale' . We received very few responses previously , but feel free to re-enter, slightly higher reward! Cheers!

I like a lot of the designs...I'd like to see more extremely simple ideas ( there was one last time we ran this) with very simple lines and very few colors, ie. a silhouhette of a bird but more of a simple sketch with simple lines, maybe some folks could try that or if that designer recalls submitting they could resubmit. I would suggest looking up (ie. google image) various woodpeckers as I would venture to say there are thousands of species...keep the logo's comng and thanks for you work. The Peckerhead Blonde Ale actually needs a space in the middle for our model, think a long neck beer, so it can be more of a frame w/our model added later. The 'Peckerhead Pale Ale could be anything! Thanks for your efforts on our behalf!

I hope to encourage some of the designers from last contest, it was a real simple i think gold colored bird silhouette. Also if any one wants to try their hand at putting some ski's or mountain backdrop that might help!

Can any of the designers modify their designs to incorperate some sort of mountain vista background or even ski's crossed say below or behind the logo? Our beer is very outdoor/ski themed! Please keep new ideas coming!
