The logo name is "Pearce". Do not want "professional corporation" as part of the logo. It can be either as shown "Pearce" or all caps. The font should be bold, modern, sans script, strong, but still professional.
The name Pearce means "rock" or "stone", so a small pictorial element of a rock may be suitable. If a rock is used a more simplistic/abstract design of the rock should be used. Possibly a diamond shape (like in a deck of cards) or sapphire (octagon) shape.
