I think a cool blue gray color palette will work well. Main color would be a dark blue shade. A complementary pop of color with a lighter blue. Cool gray could also be a secondary color. I attached a sample color palette in the Ideas section.

The business is about improving others' business and elevating them to a higher level of maturity or potential. This purpose along with the name of the business lends itself to utilizing a mountain peak or peaks as the logo. I'm certainly open to interpretation and any better ideas. A sample color palette is attached to get an idea of where my head is. Not required to use those colors, just use it as a guide for the vibe.

Also, I will NOT be shortening the name to the acronym PBO. Instead, just saying Peak would probably be how I refer to the business in its shortened form. Therefore, more logo focus on the word Peak is probably best.
