Hi Sam,

Here are a few possible designs for you.
Any adjustments may be made in color/s or layout, fonts and line strokes.

Let me know how I can help you.

Hi Teresa,
Thanks for your designs! Here are my thoughts so far....
#5 - I like the concept. And I like the peace symbol combined, however I would rather see without the colors bleeding outside of the heart. I would also love to see some other color combinations. Maybe pink instead of purple.
#8 - I like how it is all together in one symbol. I would love to see it bolder and maybe with the heart/peace sign filled in. Also, other colors... pink, turquoise, etc....

#6 and #10 - would love to see with heart/peace sign filled in.

#7 - same comment as #5 regarding the heart.

Thank you!!

I forgot to tell you the reason I didn't make the heart with contained multicolored sections because another designer used that concept so I tried other options.

Hey thanks! Loving theses. Can't decide which I like better between 12 and 13. Could we try using multiple colors in the sections of the peace sign? Is there any way to do a tie-dye effect in the heart/peace sign?

HI,

I appreciate that!
Another designer used the multiple colors in the peace sign first..I'[m not sure if that is a protectable concept.but until is is determined so I don't cross the line on that I can work on a tie-dye style for you

I teach all day today and won't be back until late but will work on that for you and get some uploaded tonight or tomorrow morning.

I hope your day goes well.

Thank you!

In the meantime while I brainstorm some possibilities...

what if I reversed the heart peace symbol out of a circular burst of tie dye colors? That probably would be close to the real thing :-) kind of like the waxed area in a batik making the outline a little more rough on the edges...and/or I can keep the clean lines that are there now.

Then another option would be to use fusing colors that are not contained directly in the 4 sections and knock them out ...I could do that for you

I'm working on it but trying not to make it too busy with lines.

Looking forward to you thoughts.

I'll work on some more

Totally loving the tie-dye!!! So my one thought that I'd love to see if possible is combining 21 and 13. Putting the words around the circle again and possibly even in the circle? What do you think?

Thanks!!

Good morning,

I will be out for about 5 hours it is 9:40 here now.

I used a different method on #28 so the file wouldn't be complicated with lines. But whichever you prefer it will be fine.

Thank you!

Hello,

Can you enlarge the image and look closely at the details and please let me know if you want any portion of these cleaned up on the lines or modified as well as color.

I was cleaning up the tie dye lines on the lighter one earlier, but I can on the darker one also.

Not sure if you knew you will receive all of the variations in a file via email after the contest is finished and the final files are approved.

I might need to bring the type and the heart in a over the red a little more so the reverse type it is easier to read.
What do you think?

I think that is a great idea. We were just looking at all 3 of yours and seeing different applications for them. For example, a sticker with the round one or a t-shirt with the one with the clearer text next to it. What do you think? Also, my husband likes the one with the darker blue and I can't decide between the darker blue and turquoise. I think I like turquoise as a color better but the dark blue looks great with the other colors.
Thanks again.

This one is with the first tie dye lines will do the other also.

I altered the tie dye colors to the same as on the solid colors to reduce the entire design to 5 colors since you will be doing silk screen on tshirts the color inks can be picked and will be more vibrant than 4 color process since the other entry was more colors which you can see in comparison. If you want a 4 colors for the cost of silk screen that can be done by removing one of the colors.

Let me know your thoughts...

Here is the other tie dye lines, I've added a few more lines from the original...

and sorry, miscounted...these are 6 colors on silk screen for solid colors, or can be 4 color process
Just let me know what the primary application will be and then adjustments can be made for other applications.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Hi,
I don't understand the color/silkscreen situation, but it looks great. I just keep going back and forth between that design and #29. I really appreciate all of your efforts and updates!
The 3 primary uses will be a t-shirt, a sticker and printed materials. I hope that you are having a good weekend too.

Thank you Sam,

I will help you with the files needed for each of the applications.
But whoever is printing the tshirts you may want to get a price on the difference between 4 color process and 6 Pantone colors so you can see the difference in the prices...4 color process the colors are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black printed in screened %s and registration overlap to produce an infinite # of colors. The other method is silk screen printing on tshirts using solid Pantone colors...some silkscreeners don't have more than 4 color presses and if there are more colors on a design they have to run the shirts through again for additional colors for second print run..that is, if you are printing directly on the tshirs..hope this helps.

You can have both files...whichever you choose for the contest when it is complete and after the uploaded LT files are approved in your account all additional variations are sent via email.

I am going to upload the one you ranked first with the reverse type a little thicker in the morning...It may need that to hold up during printing.

Just let me know if you need anything else.

#46 and to compare to previous on #44 on the reverse letter thickness...

The more I look at this the more I am trying to be a perfectionist :-) I am still cleaning up lines and if you notice I also moved the green edge in on the bottom right to show more blue...but can put that back the way it was if you liked it better.

if you find out you need it thicker when you go to print I will take care of that for you.

Thank you!

Also, posting this response to your questions here since I'm not sure if you are receiving my messages...will send on your email that's on the LT legal contract also...

Hi Sam,
Sure you can, you can have all the designs you want in these files...but the one you picked to finish the contest is waiting for you to approve them...if you would do that for me...and then I'll send you all the other designs via email...

Hope that makes sense...

Let me know if you have any problems approving the EPS and JPEG in your account...I don't know how LT has this set up for the CHs but if you have any problems locating this you could contact admin to help.

I will be checking back for your off and on all day and hope after that is done I can work on all the files and formats to send to you this evening.

Thank you!!
