I am a recruitment company that does both Executive level search, and experienced IT professionals.

The target audience is both experienced IT candidates and Directors/Executives, and also the companies that are looking to use a recruitment company to hire (so both clients and candidates).

I will be doing a lot of regular self-marketing video posts, and these video blogs will be on the website. So my business is very personal, you get to know Christian Payne, and my company will be prestigious.

If you are a candidate who gets a call from Payne Search, you take it! As it is likely to be a very big career opportunity.
If you are a company that needs to hire a top exec, or a very special technical expert, then my name and my company name should spring to mind, especially in Denmark. (We are based in Denmark, but sometimes recruit anywhere in the world).

Attached is a logo I have had designed that looks good, however it was called 'Payne Executive Search', and now I have chosen the name 'Payne Search'. So I need a new logo.

I like the bold blue letters, that looks like a consultancy (McKinsey).
