Entry #4: A few people had a difficult time associating the object in the color logo with a camera and recognizing the integrated letter "P". However, I still enjoy both the color and solid logo design. Any ideas to improve up the logos are appreciated! I appreciate your time and efforts.
I apologize for asking you this question, it is more technical but I can't find the answer. If you win, could the background of the logo(s) be transparent? I'm worried it could look like a "postage stamp" when used as a watermark or on a different colored background. I would be applying the logo to many different types or colors of backgrounds. Also, would you be able to provide and EPS file of entry #101 or #102 (what are fantastic and I'm having a hard time deciding between them!) AND of just the cursive "PN"? I was thinking about using either entry #101 or #102 for the website and business cards and then maybe just the creative cursive "PN" for a watermark. Again, thank you for your time and amazing work! Let me know if you would like me to leave a high rating or positive feedback somewhere. Cheers.
So far, I still enjoy your logo, #101 & #102, the best. I just can't decide between them yet. Just to clarify, will you be able to provide a couple EPS files for the following: The logo (#101 or #102) with a transparent background in color and in b&w. The logo (#101 or #102) without the word photography. Only the creative "PN" with a transparent background for use as a watermark and another in b&w. And maybe one or two other minor changes?
Thank you again for all of your hard work. I will let you know immediately if and why I start leaning towards another concept/designer since you have communicated so well and provided additional revisions.
Perfect. Thank you again. I'm extremely satisfied with your designs and have stopped working with other designers. I should make the final selection either tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest. I will also highly recommend you personally in the future to others in need of graphic designs.
Good news! I love your designs and so does the focus group I presented them to this afternoon!
The focus group did have one small recommendation. I'm very happy with logo #102, but was wondering if you could make a SMALL adjustment to the "N" attached to the "P". Could you make the "N" slightly larger and a little 'cleaner' or easier to identify as an "N", like in your entry #79, but without opening up the loop of the "P" and keeping the lines flowing? A few people had some slight difficulty identifying the "N" quickly. The "P" looks a lot better in #102 than in #79, so I would prefer it to stay the same. I also love the line after the "N" in #102.
If you can't make this adjustment, it is not a problem. I will still choose #102 as the winner. I took a look at the logo and personally find this small adjustment difficult to impossible without ruining the look. However, I would be happy if you could give it a shot!
Thank you again, and congratulations on the winning design!
Let me clarify one point of the small adjustment. Could you slightly increase the space between the "P" and the "N" in the logo? That is what I was referring to when I mentioned 'cleaner' and easier to identify.
If this creates too much extra work for you, please let me know and we can stay with entry #102. Thanks!
I totally understand, no rush. I don't need the final image files until next week. However, I will select either your entry #102 or the revision as the winner as soon as you have time for the update. Thank you again!
