Hello, I chose a swirl for your logo with a burst behind it. Not many people know the true meaning of the swirl symbol. I thought it was very appropriate for your logo...

It seems that life doesn't proceed in a straight line. The path of life more closely resemble a spiral. We seem to pass the same point over and over again but from a different perspective each time. To walk and then stand in the center of a spiral or labyrinth has been a psycho-spiritual exercise for centering the consciousness."

Love the analogy, great substance. I like the typography - would like to see some variations of the icon though.

K our client got back to us on her response.

She loves the swirl, and all three colors of blue just the way they are.

For the layout - she would like the icon from #36 & #37, but placed on top of the Patti Tinholt signature like in #15.

Also can you change the Patti Tinholt font. I wish I could upload an image, is there an email where I can send a font sample to?

She would also like to see the white burst in the icon change to something more like a sun, with several alternating length rays coming out - the length being perhaps 1.5 to 2x the length they currently are - and the rays should alternate Longer and shorter, like a sun.

Maybe a couple variations of styles of rays would be nice to see options of.

Variations of the sun and font. I could not find that exact font, I looked through over 15,000 fonts... I think my original font is still the closest. Please let me know if you have any further revisions. Thank you.

K, got the feedback from client today.

She'd like to use a 1/2 sun for the background that has rays going from 10 o’clock to 4 o’clock. Probably 7 rays.

In fact, #31 would likely be a good example of spacing. (since the sun design isn't a concept limited to one designer)

You can also make the spiral central to the icon design as if the sun is sort of rising behind it.

I think the sun needs to be a white half circle somehow

Maybe the whole circle Icon needs to bigger to give you more room to place a white sun behind the spiral. 7 long rays might look good with short thin rays placed in between?

Can I see #51 with a full sunburst background? I don't think the half-sun is working.
Something like #48, but make the outer icon larger and use the spacing and length of rays from #51
We need more contrast and separation with the spiral.
