Hi Peg, I like certain elements in both of these. Can you try the following:
Entry #46 Overall I like the color scheme except for the red Patti Cakes. Can you try some other colors. Can you also play around with the font. Also, I'd like to see a different shape, perhaps oval and a more defined shape rather than the blue dotted lines.
Regarding #21. Can you redesign this to be more horizontal and change the red/orange to another color. Also, I do like having some kind of border element around it to..
Hi Peg, I reallly like the colors and the pop designs. I'd like to see other background shapes, more oval than square and please include the sticks with the pops as you did in #56
Hi Peg, I really like this new design idea (#93)! I'd like to look at a few possible color and design changes. Can you change the bright pink "frosting" on the left pop to match the color of the "DESSERTS". Also, can you show me some other font ideas for "DESSERTS" (using all caps) keeping it somewhat whimsical.
Hi Peg, Thanks for showing me the turquoise swirl but I now know I like the pink better! Can you give me some more fonts to look at for desserts on 93 and also show me a few other shades of turquoise/blue including the one in 46.
Hi Peg, I like the new entry. I have definitely been considering a round logo because of the way it looks on some of the materials I use to communicate with my customers and the new website I'm developing. Can you show me how it would look with Patti Cakes at the top of the circle. Also, I'm not sure about the pop in the middle. It appears to be very prominent whereas in #107 the patti cakes and the 3 pops were very balanced in look and size. Perhaps it may not be as prominent looking once you put Patti Cakes on top? Can you show me this and perhaps some other ways to do it? I did love the look of the 3 pops in #107. Is there anyway to incorporate them but still keep a circle?
I'd like to be consistent with the fonts I use in the menus I send to my customers. Can you send me the fonts. I am in the process of working on a few new menus (which I send out several times a month) and want to get ready for when the logo is done.
THanks, Peg. Altho I like the idea I still think there's something that really "pops" in #107. One of the things I'm wondering is whether I want to border it in some way to give it definition. Also I've been looking at how it will work into the menus I send to my customers. Altho I can certainly change the design of the menus, there are a lot of color in them due to the nature of the pictures I include. Is there anyway I can send some to you to give you an idea as to what they look like?
#121 Hi, Here is the design in a circle but without the circle around it...so you get the circle without extra color...#107 would be great also !...Thanks Peg
Great, I think if you went #107 or #121 your menus would look fantastic. After the contest is closed you will receive all the files you need to complete your menus or business cards or anything else you will use your new logo for. If you need help with designing your menus I can give you a price for that after the contest is over. I have a few ideas running around in my head for them...If you need any other changes for your logo just let me know..thanks so much .. Peg
Thanks, Peg. Interesting. I like the tag line. Let me think and look at it a little bit more today. What about if the "whimsical sweets" was the bottom arc to the logo? Maybe you've already tried that but it's hard for me to picture. Also can we try other colors for the tag line (but not yellow).
I still really like #107 a lot too but I'm still struggling with how the logo is going to look on my menus and newly created website. I'm used to seeing and having a logo that is defined with a circle or some other shape (on other websites) and also struggling with all the colors and how that's going to work with my colorful product. Can you share with me how you see this working ? It would help me out a lot!
#125 Here is the change...I really like #107 also, when you look at it you really just see purple, purple is the dominate color. So if you use the same purple for your wording and maybe one other color from the logo for your circles on your menus it will be consistent. The colors I used in the design are colorful and bright and will have your product stand out from the crowd. I hope this helps...thanks so much.. Peg
It does make sense...it's actually not necessarily the circle on the menus that concern me but all the writing on the menus and the colors in the pictures themselves. For example, what I see in my mind is pictures of Christmas pops (green and red) bordered in purple and the text in purple and some other color. I like a cleaner look.
What about if....we try using #107 and making it a little simpler, color wise. Maybe just pink (for the Patti Cakes), brown and one other color, the blue ?). Although I really like the purple, the pink, brown, and blue combo might be cleaner and compliment the menus, pictures, writing, etc.
#126 #127 Hi Patti, Here are the color changes. I think #107 would work for your menus tho. The sprinkles on top look like christmas lights and the frosting like garlin. I see your menus with a white background and the photos zoomed in to really see the baked goods making them the star of the show! Using the same font from the logo tying it all together for a clean look. Once you receive the files from the contest you can change the colors on the eps. for every season if you wanted. Just a few ideas...hope it helps..thanks Peg
Hi Peg, Can you show me #107 with the following changes...shades of pink and brown (think chocolate and frosting!) and white perhaps set in a background that is either pink or brown. Thank you!
I really like these, Peg! They don't have the same wow as #107 but I really like them. Tough choice! #129...is there a way to soften up the brown background...maybe an oval, maybe an oval with pink dots around it, just an idea...but I'd really appreciate your creative thoughts.
#133 #134 Hi Patti, Here the pops are the same brown as before and a lighter brown background...I dont think it pops as well as the white background..but I did another one in a blueish background too..thanks Peg
Hi Peg, I've narrowed it down to #131 and a variation of #132! What I wanted to change in #132 was not the background (which is what I think #133 is) but to change the browns in the pops to the shades in #129, 130, 131 and 133.
Hi Peg, My final 2 choices are #131 and #132. It's such a tough choice! Is it possible for you to provide me with both. I can see using them interchangeably in my menus, website, business cards, etc.
Thanks, it's been a pleasure working with you! Patti
Yes you can have both of the logos, because its only a difference of color. One will come in the final files when the contest is completed and I have received my payment. Then I can send you the other one to your e-mail. Thanks its has been fun working with you also...Peg
