What We Do
Goal is to brand an internal employee rewards and recognition platform with the goal of - Engaging People – Promoting Patra Culture. Target audience is internal employees - 500 working remotely in the US and 150 in the Philippines. Will bring on 5000 in India within the next year. We need to bring everyone together and create a greater sense of team and belonging. This will serve as a logo/sub-brand for our Rewards & Recognition platform for Patra.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
We want to make this fun. And maybe fuzzy - playing on the pronunciation of Patra with "paws" - so maybe there is a fuzzy mascot that helps to brand this thing. Not sure.
We want to play on our main logo/brand so this should definitely resemble our main logo but be an internal play on it.
This will also be the logo/brand for our internal communications (outside of email) so almost like an internal Patra "Slack" or "Hubstpot" since currently we only use Zoom chat to connect.
We want Patra people to get to know each other beyond current work-groups - connecting Patra workers from all disciplines and across the globe. We have been a remote company from day one 16 years ago so this isn't new but now that we are so big and continue aggressive growth it is important to create connection.
