What We Do
The Pathways to Leadership is a local government, community-based network-building experience for up to 24 community leaders, crossing sectors, backgrounds, and neighborhoods.
The program is open to those in the Rohnert Park and Cotati areas, which are small to medium sized cities in northern California, full of parks, trees, and a strong sense of community.
The program's goals are:
- Enhance leadership abilities
- Increase understanding of local institutions, programs, processes, and services.
- Deepen connections to local leaders, so participants can interview and learn from them
about their diverse leadership approaches and journeys.
- Increase confidence to initiate positive change in the community.
