I have submit update design.
I think my concept is completely convey your message, especially #52:
#1 - mentoring the homeless
#2 - a home in their future
#3 - positive, compassion for the homeless
every element have a meaning: people homeless, pathway (connect), compass (assist), home (goal), and ray of light (future).
All of these messages is included in a simple design.
