Color Preferences

The green attachment below is another company that I am trying to imitate this design off of. They have a certain green that is light but also bright and would stick out on both a sign from the street but would look great on the top of a vertical business card and stick out. Trying to get between a calm color and something bright that sticks out all at the same time.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

I want something like this green logo everyone that I showed it to freaking loved it. My friend designed the black one with my logo and I love that but the other one drew a lot more attention. I need the black letters drawn together and possibly touching like the green logo below. Also like the green logo I want "Parker Brothers Realty" in caps and bold so that it is clearly visible below the pbr so that everyone can read it from the road, a little less artistic on that part. I for sure like the letters pbr in lower case. Pretty much just need the black and green combined so that my design looks more like theirs. Trying to steal the look here.
