Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

One of the things that I have heard from others who are looking through the images is that they really like the ones that promote the "All things Catholic" wording. From my perspective, #13 and #28 standout well with the crosses, but #29 is very authentic with the old Latin. I am still waiting to hear from some others I work with on their thoughts on that as well. Thank you

One of the things that seems to have come up in our last conversations is that there seems to be a lack of the Catholic notion. They are christian symbols but more of the lines of nondenominational, we really want to make sure it is a strong Catholic symbol (keys to Peter, Basilica) something like that. If there is just someway to keep the designs but add that Catholic identity. Thank you all for your efforts!

A person in my group asked about doing this: Along the lines of relating to the words in the name “Parish Webstore”, perhaps try something that relates to parishes and the word “parish”, - symbolically represented say by the shape of a traditional church, or even the Vatican with the colonnades and St. Peters behind it. etc
Something that relates to the “web” – Incorporate the image of a computer mouse along with a religious symbol; or a computer screen w/ a crucifix in it.

any last commnnts from the group have been about seeing a rosary somehow involved within an existing design or removing a cross and replacing with rosary
