You contest is of a medium high value and that is good the only thing that is not working here is direction saying your current logo is pink flamingo is not not direction it a statement of fact.

Questions

1. do you want the bird in the logo?
2. do you want a new logo without bird?
3. do yo want a make over of the existing bird?

in order to get the max out of this contest you to be actively participating it is a 2 way street. The Logo Tournament Designers are not obligate to participate. Even though you shelled out a sizable prize a non-active CH (contest holder) can make the difference between a good number of designs but also quality
