I know you are planning on staying with your current color scheme, but I am throwing this in the mix just so you can see how this can "pop" in another color scheme too. The reason this jumps out is because of the black field behind the logo. Black is a great friend, but with the other colors Navy and Red you can't use it because the front colors are too dark.
