you sure are talented. scratch or minimize the city profile background and try to work with the plunger idea. perhaps "est 1975" on the plunger cup? i like the drain cover grate but worry about getting too busy.
one idea i was working with before was "PDS" enclosed in a rectangle border (similiar to the graphic you've conceptualized) to the left, then Pacific Drain on the right.
