p.t. torchLogo Design Contest

We are commercial real estate brokers and business brokers. We help people buy and sell businesses and commercial real estate. DO NOT use icons of homes or real estate. I do NOT want to see home logos.

I like hues of red and I also like black and gold because it's classy and says luxury. We sell expensive businesses and real estate so we want to exude luxury and strength. I also like the color combination from the designer Burberry - their plaid print with the tan, red, black makes a statement.

However, I am open to suggestions on color. You are free to pick colors if you like a different variation.

Please no pink, light purple, blue, NO pastels. We need a bold, strong logo.

I need a strong logo that translates in color and black and white. DO NOT use icons of homes or real estate. I do NOT want to see home logos.

I'd like something artistic that is easy to read and incorporates the name into the logo. The logo could be in lowercase, upper and lowercase or all uppercase. So, P.T. Torch, p.t. torch, or P.T. TORCH. Feel free to offset the P.T. - and make the word Torch stand out more. (Just so you know, it stands for Pass the Torch- which is a saying that is often used when someone sells their business.)

I would like to have a torch incorporated into the logo, but I do NOT want it to look like clipart.

Think BOLD, STRONG branding. An emblem, or badge for the brand. Something that can be printed and embroidered on shirts and promotional materials.

The idea is to make this look like a strong company that has been around a while. In one of our focus groups someone said that P.T. Torch sounds like you are working with an astute and experienced British barrister. That was a great way of explaining the logo. (Please don't use the British flag).

We may have a slogan, but I don't know what it is yet. I would like to see something really different and artistic. Let me know if you have questions!
