I love the color palette. I know Glenn Sanford at EXP so I do need the logo piece before the word to look different to his logo - otherwise he'll be mad with me for copying too closely.

I have put you on the shortlist of designers for this contest.

I like the wording on 43 more than 44. Having the word "owl" in one color makes it stand out.

The piece that is missing for our team is the owl motif. Your motif is visually attractive but the owl image doesn't stand out. We will use this motif to brand the company and want to do a branding campaign like HootSuite.com - see http://blog.hootsuite.com. We don't want to look like HootSuite but we do want to use the owl in many different ways.
