Overall we like your designs and have added them to a shortlist. The thing we're most interested in is the owl motif that you designed. It's very creative and we would like to see it as a bigger stand alone character. can you play around with owl to make it stand out on it's own?
We want to use the owl in the same way that HootSuite uses their owl (see http://blog.hootsuite.com) - so an owl with character is very important.
