Osmose inspects, maintains, and restores large utility structures (wood poles, steel poles, and steel lattice towers).

Our company colors are navy (C100, M62, Y0, K52), blue (C55, M24, Y0, K9), and gray (C0, M0, Y0, K30). We would like to see options in our colors but also see some options for yellow and orange designs. We need a logomark only created and therefore pretty simple with regard to colors - no more than two and since we will embroider it please keep that in mind. It would be great if it embroidered nicely as one color.

We do NOT need a new logo. We simply need a logomark version (a graphic that represents our company). We have a logotype logo that is very horizontal and made up of letters only. It simply won't work in all applications. Therefore, we need a logomark created that will represent our company, but it is hard deciding on just one symbol since we offer so many services and products. For example, we inspect and rehabilitate both wood poles and steel towers.

We have a rich history that dates back over 80 years and started with a wood preservative patent. We are thinking we play off of our history by using a cross section of wood with growth rings as our symbol. Maybe it could be incorporated into the "O" that is in our logotype logo. Attached is an old version of our logo for inspiration. We do want the look modernized and slightly abstract if possible. We are open to other symbols as well.
