Orland Appraisals .comLogo Design Contest

The color combinations may need to be more vibrant as the top of the home page (see attached template) is dark blue on top (where the template says "Future Business" and a dark blue logo will not pop out. I would like to stay away from the industry standard house roof line images. I would like to be more creative than a roof line. We do both commercial and residential appraisals. Maybe a splash of red, yellow or green? I should slide the fun and loud bar over a little. I need it to stand out a little more- not so dull or "elegant" - as it is referred to. I would like the primary colors to be blue and grey/white similar to the template but it needs to not be too conservative. Here is the template- www.templatemonster.com # 23705 or

I like the different font styles of #21 and #16 I was thinking something creative in the background or off the "O" in Orland ( Shadowing/reflection just something to help it look more unique. Maybe make the ".com more predominant? I am open to any and all suggestions..... Thanks again for all the work. I envy creative people ;)

Orland Appraisals coverage is exclusive to the 60401-60499 and 60803-60827 zip codes only. I was thinking maybe a tag line below like "Exclusive South Suburban Coverage" or "Coverage area limited to the South Suburbs" or "Serving the 604 and 608 zip codes" or "Providing exclusive service to the South Suburbs" or "Local Appraisers serving the South Suburbs"
