Our Ideas & Additional Information
The logo must not contain a train. It needs to reflect a professional organization that is sharing its knowledge with others, in a timely manner. The slogan is the name of our yearly conference, and the logo should come in two versions, with and without the slogan, which will be used intermittently based on space available.

Designers, thank you for your submissions. I have a couple of comments:
Liked very much the concept of the arrows in #2, indicates both direction (pathway) and speed. The circular concept reminded me of the nuclear logo, so that's not good.
Clever use of the road in #7, however, at a glance, I thought it was a round face with the hair parted in the middle. Maybe another representation of that concept?
#4 looks great, and the colors are right off the home page - so would that mean that the logo would not stand out?
The first three entries that I ranked are all following the layout of a picture then text to the right, but that's not to mean that this is what I'm specifically looking for.
Looking forward to new submissions. Thank you.

excellent submissions, thank you all - you've all captured the style that I'm looking for, and you've come up with very creative way to represent the meaning of the name. I especially like how several of the logos illustrate the 'pathway' element of the tag line, that's not something I would have thought of, and it makes the entire log so much more meaningful.

I don't have any more specific comments to give you, and it will be difficult to choose a winner, as I see several.

Thank you again.
