Our Ideas & Additional Information
Feel free to look at my current logo,

I prefer something simple and representative of years gone past. I wouldn't mind playing on the "orange" idea, with an orange pressing a barbell or something like that.

Just a suggestion to fellow designers! If you are going to use a barbell as part of your logo you might want to make sure that it is inline before submission. As in #4, #6, #15, the barbell is completely straight until it reaches the end, which it then make a weird turn upward. I seriously don't think that was done intentionally, and even if you did, it looks a bit awkward and disturbing.

CH, please pay attention to this in the designs submitted. You don't want it printed up on a billboard and then say well that just don't look right. We try to give you the best that we can, but even we make mistakes and we enjoy feedback on our designs, most of the time it is an easy fix, which is the case of the above forementioned submissions.

Designer and CH, please don't take my comments the wrong way, it's just a suggestion. If you don't like it then you can just ignore the comment alltogether.

My aim was to get a design going that said 'this gym is the place to go', not the place to avoid...but maybe design covering both these ideas is the way to go.. ??

I'm just throwin' my opinion out there to help the other designers. But it's the CH's opinion that matters the most, afer all they are the client, not me.

Dave, as a competition develops, new ideas come together and present something aesthetically pleasing, even outside the box of what was requested. Thus rankings change.

I appreciate your submissions, however, they are not what we are looking for, even though, you may think they are. If you are frustrated by competition, then obviously, this isn't your game.
