Operation Geek FarmLogo Design Contest

Hello, here are my ideas for a simple, yet memorable logo. The first three entries are a play on a tractor, chicken, and hard drive. Your feedback or suggestion on how I can improve on these are great appreciated.

The next three ideas are variation of a tractor made from a hard drive and circuit board. Please note, that the text portion vary, with the color emphasizing either "Geek" or the first capital letters, so that OFG are also recognizable.
