I like #16; the red chile is a great accent and the blue is good. Is it possible to make the chile (inside the note) larger. It's a bit hard to "read" at that size. The whole thing can be enlarged slightly if necessary.

#65 version with the chili pepper...it may be out but this one is more subtle than before and really ties the southwest into the logo that already has an "o" and "g".
