Please consider a logo or an icon that is simple, yet distinctive, that, for example, could be put on the arm of a pair of sunglasses....

A few suggestions:
- Leave tagline off
- Somehow use the words and wave like our example (words not stacked)
- All uppercase words
- icon to the left of the words (we may need to use each separately)
- we prefer solid colours only (no gradients)
- we don't want it to appear "bubbly"

Logo details need to survive a reduction to black and white

Probably the most critical part of this logo is the icon you are creating. The colors selected so far are generally excellent and several very good fonts have already been used.
The icon needs to be both uncomplicated yet distinctive enough to stand alone, and not confused with something else. It can be some kind of clever combination of "O" and "W", or some kind of depiction of a swimmer in waves, or possibly both.
