Hey there, I like where your going with the door knocker idea for an emblem. Initially my brother didn't know that it was a door knocker. Can you work with that idea a little to maybe make it more recognizable to more people that it is a door knocker? Thanks.
Thanks very much for the ranking! I have given you some additional options based on the door knocker theme. I just added a "hook" to the original design, then gave you some options as to font, color, arrangement for the other designs. Color is pretty arbitrary and I would be glad to revise if you have a color preference.
Great, we just re ranked them. One idea we had was to make the mount section of the knocker black and have the ring section gray, or lighter in some way. We like the font in #110 the best but want to develop the logo in #159
Thanks for the revisions so far. We like the simplicity of #194 though we are divided on the font. Personally I like the font in #176 the best but feedback that I have gotten is that the emblem needs to be simplified a little more. I like the simplicity in the Mission style but I would also like to see some simplicity in the other style, (the four pointed emblem) Your still our front runner but still want to see if we can refine it a little more before we decide. Thanks for your work.
Here are a few more. FWIW, I really like #203. I think simplifying it has made it more of a logo, less of a product drawing. I can follow the same route with a more craftsman style if you prefer. The craftsman embellishments could be construed as windows, which ties in with "Homes".
This is Jeff again. I like where you're going with #203. I also really liked the ball at the bottom of the knocker ring - I think it made it more identifiable as a knocker which is more important as we go more abstract. I would like to see you play with the colors a bit as well. Orange has been our main color but I'm not sure how good it would look to incorporate it into this design so if you can find a way, then great. If not then I would certainly like to see some blue in there somewhere. Thanks.
