We also advocate for increased access to mental health services on behalf of Ontarians. The OPA supports excellence in clinical practice, education and research. Industry Non-Profit Color Preferences We don't have specific colours that represent OPA. Given that we want to be seen as bold, pastel colours are probably out. We should probably avoid red, as that colour is associated with the Canadian Psychological Association. Our Ideas & Additional Information OPA was established in 1947. Our logos over the years have typically included the trident (symbol for psychology) and the trillium (symbol for Ontario). We wouldn't mind having these symbols in our new log but remain open to suggestions. I have uploaded our current logo (the very busy one), an older logo (in the box) and CPA's logo for reference purposes. It occurred to me after submitting the Contest Brief that we should avoid the colour blue (as that is associated with the Ontario Medical Association). It would be interesting to see more fluid or free-form symbols (similar to the CPA logo that I uploaded). We are hoping for bold, vibrant, dynamic with respect to colours. 10 years ago OPAJane Client Purple seems to be very popular, but it doesn't seem bold and dynamic to me.I would still like to see fluid or free-form symbols....please see the CPA logo that I uploaded to see what I mean. Thanks, everyone! 10 years ago
