We are a title company that conducts residential real estate closings. The target audience is any individual buying or selling their home in Florida.

We are open to colors, but our thought is to have a logo that incorporates navy blue and gold. We would like the option for the logo to appear as white and gold on a navy background, and then inversely we want to be able to use it as navy and gold on a white (transparent) background. However, we are open-minded.

We do not necessarily want to incorporate the standard "house" in our logo. Perhaps a key could be incorporated into the logo instead? Other ideas could be a more generic, elegant design. Something incorporating the O and L in a design could be a nice option if done correctly too! Or perhaps something more regal like a fleur de lis-style design. We are open-minded, but we really just want an aesthetically pleasing design that feels elegant and sophisticated.
