Another Idea... Ummmm... I think you can put something like a Cross into the Circle in #200. "Cruz" means "Cross" in Spanish. Just to try it. Maybe a Celta Cross look Alike, but keeping simple.

Last Advise before going to sleep. Our team are on the Last day some meetings including the Logo Tournament. Hear is close to 2:00am. So, we need some sleep. Uffff!!!! Maybe going with your circle idea, you can make stone font the avatar in #200, I mean, like a antique seal, Lord of the Ring or something like that. Just brainstorming.
