It is not necessary to have slogan (Empowering People Through Technology) in the logo

The focus needs to be on "O" and not necessarily on the Olive fruit.
Must look good embossed, print, web and television media.
We are a high end technology firm with customers around the globe.

It will also be good to see a few abstract designs.

Please note that we are an IT company and must communicate that aspect. We appreciate all the entries so far and hope to see more vairations.

logos must work three dimensional as well as two dimensional. Consider the Apple logo. it works great in negative space as well as positive space.
