Our Ideas & Additional Information
Housed in a half century old building previously used as office and fabrica
tion shop, Olive & Pine is a merged use redevelopment that celebrates its
physical patina and the maker space that it was. It has an open air covered
pavilion where plentiful vegetations are present among businesses that are
modest but high quality. We take pride in creating an authentic and
affordable place for the businesses and the local public.
