I like 165, but I will try to give the logo a more serious look.
In # 165 and 166 which I like, please remove the V from the end of Mortgage.
Can we try 167 without the round logo at the top and see how this look, or try element of building similar to # 64.

Let me know your thoughts please for me to understaind if i´m going in the right direction. About #64, i cannot submit similar designs to other designer. But i´ve made this one #193, a different option for you.

193 concept is nice but not so much the Blue logo on top.
The best in my opinion is 167.
Here are my comments on it:
For some reason the word MORTGAGE is shown as MORTGAGEV. Can you remove the V please.
Instead of ESTD 2015, can you type: Since 1998
and make the logo lines a bit stronger?

I´ve done some new revisions based on your comment for your consideration. Including Black & White versions and other colour variations.

Can you please provide 1st place so i can submit my designs? Because in the final phase "Only the 1st ranked designer will be able to submit entries." After i submit you can re-rank again. Thank you.

I'm sorry to bother you but it seems the logos have a typo we had not noticed before. Instead of "real state", they should read "real estate". I've listed below the images we are using so far, would it be possible to change them?
