I like the hills in this one and the green swoosh in #107. Also can you remove the sun and brown tree. Maybe roll URISA under a Centered Chapter with lines on either side of Chapter to fill the white space.

How about the river coming from the center of the valley between the mountains? Can we make the mountains brown the river blue and the trees darker green? No shading on the mountains. It's too hard to replicate on a shirt.

I like the use of the branded URISA. We should probably center the word Chapter in the same font as Ohio Valley then drop the "of".

I like the concept of the hills and river. The pine trees should be deciduous trees, not conifers. Oak, Maple, Walnut etc.

in your other designs... we cover three states not just Ohio. We also cover West Virginia and the Western half of Pennsylvania.
