2 - œno means œnology/œnologie : it's the science and study of all aspects of wine and winemaking except vine-growing and grape-harvesting, which is a subfield called viticulture.

3 - the style of the #27 #1, #20, #4 and #18 are really good leads to follow for your next proposition. It's important that the orthography is œno.

Also we like as much the contemporary as the classical logo....
