Our Ideas & Additional Information
We like the idea of having the word “Odonota” embedded within the image of a damselfly nymph and then to have a big trout approaching to eat it. The trout should be represented in line form or silhouetted. The logo should be clean and simple.

Maybe an "Odonata" nymph inside a fish

Logo can be used all together or deconstructed into components

Discussion

Thank you all for your submissions so far. While we appreciate you all infusing our adult "Odonata" into the logos and we like them, we would like to see other interpretations of this concept. Please see the illustration of an Odonata nymph. Trout are more likely to eat the nymphs and we fisherman all recognize the in this stage of life. We want to see creative interpretations of the nymph with the name Odonata built into it.

While our primary love is to catch trout, especially brook trout and brown trout, we would like the Odonata to be able to stand on its own. We think it would be cool then to have images of different fish planning to eat it from different approaches.

Please see our attached images as only a guide to the concept, we are concerned that they may be hindering the creativity. We love logo tournament because we love the artistic and unchained interpretations of this community.
