Please do not post screen gabs of designer's work during a contest. It invite designer to rip off another designer's work. If you are not aware the first phase of you contest is blind, designer cannot see each others work. This help prevent designers from copying one another.

Yes, there will be similar designs based on the the brief and that is expected because of the brief and that blind phase. Posting someones submission is unfair to that designer and gives an unfair advantage to anyone who enters.

I've been given new news the image was from a previous contest with the same name, was this your contest as well?

The image was not purchased so all rights still belong to the designer. Even if the previous contest was from the same CH, it cant be copied as the rights have not been transferred.

An image from another contest has been referenced. Any designer who wins will accept a 50:50 prize split if the referenced concept is used.
